For nearly forty years Livingston Pipe and Tube, Inc. has taken pride in providing a wide range of steel pipe products to the Water Well Industry. We stock a full range of carbon steel pipe from 1/2″ up thru 48″ OD in both domestic and import. Livingston stocks PE beveled pipe in ASTM A53-B, API5L-B, A500-B and structural grades. Our plant in Staunton, Illinois is centrally located to provide easy and prompt delivery to anywhere in the continental United States.

Machine Threading, Beveling and Water Well Industry

Livingston offers threading from 1/2″ up through 12 3/4″ in diameter. We offer machine threading in both tapered “NPT” and straight “J” style, for turbine column pipe, which is one of our specialties. As a valued added service we can supply both oil and water lube threads as well as T.B.E. threaded both ends for Layne combo column pipe. Special lengths, threads, etc., are no problem for LPT.

Livingston also carries a full line of steel couplings. We stock Merchant “T” style, API XHY, R&D, and “J” style couplings up to 12″ in both black and galvanized. Before applying the thread protectors, all threaded pipe that Livingston processes is double checked for accuracy and quality.

Livingston can ship the material threaded and coupled or we can ship the couplings separate with your order. (1/2″ to 12 3/4″ O.D. Taper Thread) (4″ to 12 3/4″ O.D. Straight Thread). Machine beveling is also available. (Machine Bevel from 1/2″ to 12 3/4″ O.D.)

Torch cutting and torch beveling is also available from Livingston. (Torch cut and Bevel 6″ to 120″ in Diameter)

Shipping Threading, Beveling Products

Livingston Pipe and Tube Inc. can ship just a few pieces on a LTL carrier or larger quantities on a flat bed truck to your job site or your plant. Unlike some of our competition we do not require large orders or full loads in order to ship. We combine with other shipments from Livingston to customers in the same area, thus reducing freight cost dramatically and saving the customer a fair amount in the final delivered price.
